在这多哈最美丽的季节，我们迎来了卡塔尔国庆日。首先，我谨代表中国政府和14亿中国人民，向塔米姆埃米尔、哈马德埃米尔、阿卜杜拉副埃米尔，向兄弟的卡塔尔人民，致以节日问候和美好祝福。卡塔尔，国庆快乐！

岁末年初，回望将过去的2019年，我高兴地看到，这一年，是卡塔尔发展振兴的丰收年。卡塔尔经济多元化快速推进，大型基础设施建设捷报频传，重大体育赛事精彩纷呈。祝愿卡塔尔成功举办一届精彩的世界杯足球赛，在实现“2030国家愿景”征途上取得更多成果。

这一年，是中卡关系深入发展的丰收年。中卡两国是好朋友、好兄弟、好伙伴。今年上半年，两国元首两度会晤，给中卡关系描绘了美好蓝图，中卡关系进入快车道。卡塔尔足球队拥有越来越多中国球迷，卡塔尔天然气给冬日的中国送去了温暖，中国建设者在卢塞尔体育场挥汗如雨，华为手机成为很多卡塔尔朋友的最爱。中国愿与卡塔尔加强“一带一路”倡议与“2030国家愿景”对接，努力打造中卡命运共同体。

在这个喜庆的时刻，我再次祝愿兄弟的卡塔尔繁荣富强！

In this most pleasant and beautiful season of the year, we celebrate the arrival of the National Day of Qatar. At this joyful moment，let me extend, on behalf of the Chinese government and the 1.4 billion Chinese People, our seasonal greetings and best wishes to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim, His Highness the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad，His Highness Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah, and all the brotherly Qatari People. Happy national day，Qatar!

Looking back into the year 2019, we have proudly witnessed a harvest year for Qatar, a year full of successes and achievements，with your economic diversification deepening, infrastructure projects propping up fast, and grand international sport events one after another. 

I firmly believe that Qatar will hold a successful FIFA World Cup, and make more achievements in your great endeavor to realize the National Vision 2030.

The year 2019 is also a harvest year for China-Qatar relations. We, China and Qatar, are more than friends and partners, we are genuine brothers. 

Our two leaders have met twice in the first half of this year，and jointly made a blueprint to further enhance our relations，propelling our bilateral ties into a new fast gear. 

You now have more Chinese football fans, your natural gas has sent warm and love to China. You have more Chinese builders, working against time to facilitate the construction of Lusail Stadium, and you now have Huawei phones as your best choice. All these are only a few outstanding examples to showcase the fruits and benefits brought about by our closer ties.

China is willing to link up Belt and Road Initiative with your National Vision 2030. Let us work together to build a China-Qatar community of shared future.
